Updated. My AC started malfunctioning after my visit. I took it back and told him that sometimes it blows cold air and sometimes it does not. He told me it needed to be recharged without looking at it. I paid almost $200 for it to be recharged. The next day, the problem continued, but now it was the weekend. I had to wait until Monday to bring it back. Monday he told me it was the compressor which would cost another $900. When I asked for a refund for what I already paid, he told me no. The mechanic is very knowledgeable and helpful. This is a full service shop. He noticed things on my car that were not correctly fixed be my collision repair shop 2 years ago.

My car has had a Check Engine light for weeks now. I thought I could fix it myself, but alas. I cannot. I told the folks at Twin City Garage that I have a Check Engine light and that I think it might have to do with an oil valve regulator based on a diagnosis that a friend did. Maybe an hour later, they told me that they were getting a different code that suggested the issue had to do with low oil. They said that the oil was very low and very dark. They said an oil change should fix it. Worth mentioning that I did have a few other lights on my dashboard lit up, but none of them were for low oil. They did the oil change quickly and had me on my way. Within a mile, the light came back on. While I was checking out - paid $100 for the oil change, by the way - the guy who was taking my payment called into the shop to tell the guy getting my car ready to clear the Check Engine light. So, I guess there's the evidence that they never even tried to confirm that they had fixed the issue. You'd think they'd have changed the oil and then driven the car around for awhile to see if they'd fixed it. Nope. I would not recommend this shop. They are only focused on getting through as many custome

Twin City Garage helped me out of a very horrible situation I had with my car from when a previous mechanic shop failed to complete the task. They were very prompt and communicative throughout the whole process which was greatly needed and put me at ease. They were very clear with not only what the previous mechanic did/did not do, but what their plan was to get it fixed efficiently. My car was back on the road within 2 days in the best condition it’s been in years. Literally drove my car and it felt like brand new. Professional, informational, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I cannot thank them enough for helping me in crisis. Consider me a customer for life and I will always recommend them to anyone.

Very nice folks here who charged me less than half of what another place I frequent in town quoted me. They also called the dealer when they were unsure about info on the car and when I picked it up it was clean the issue had been immediately resolved. I'll be coming back for sure!

I would recommend this shop to anybody who need good service. But I really have to thank them for understanding my emergency and they worked me in and got me back on the road. I’m an expedite driver and every minute counts. I really want them to know I appreciate them and if I’m ever in the area again and need work they will be the first place I call. It’s nice to know some companies still understand customer satisfaction is the first rule of business. I can’t say it enough how appropriate I am and the great service and work that was performed at a short notice. And they didn’t try to rob me. As a matter of fact for the work they performed the costs was excellent. Thank you so much
